David & Teresa Ferguson

Founders

David and Teresa Ferguson are founders of the Center for Relational Leadership, having developed the Business as Unusual (BAU) training approach as “people are put
before profits” and customers come to receive an “exceptional experience”.They also are developers of specialized training for couples, families and student leaders with a focus on relational skills for high impact living. David has two doctoral degrees from Oxford Graduate School, is a member of the Oxford Society of Scholars and developer of Intimacy Therapy™, a widely used counseling/coaching model. David and Teresa have written more than 20 books including Top Ten Relational Needs, Emotional Fitness and Keeping Marriages Healthy. Teresa is a frequent presenter at CRL events, a Sr. Coach and assists with quality control of CRL coaching. Together they also lead ILM, a training resource ministry serving the faith community worldwide. They have three married adult children and seven grandchildren.

Joseph Loehr

Joseph Loehr, MBA co-directs Center for
Relational Leadership. He joined CRL in
2002. Prior to CRL, Joseph led technology development in Austin companies for 4 years, after having spent seven years as an international management consultant. Joseph’s shift from consulting to leadership development and coaching resulted from his passion for seeing lives impacted
through caring leadership. Joseph and Kellie have been married over twenty years, and have two children, Gabriel, and Jessie. Joseph enjoys serving in church, road bicycling, coaching Gabe and Jessie’s sports teams, Tae Kwon Do, and Longhorn football.

Terry Haecker

Terry Haecker is a Senior Coach with
CRL since 2006. She is also serves CRL
as Event Coordinator. Terry comes to
CRL after thirty years of sales of which
twenty-five were in media advertising
where she constructed strategic marketing
and promotional opportunities for retail
and business to business based on relational and developmental needs of the client. Terry and Gary have been married
for twenty-two years and have three children and three grandchildren. They are active in their church and community to assist in relational care and coaching for marriages. In their spare time they like to go to movies, travel and spend time with family.

Pamela Berry

Pamela Berry is an LPC Intern and has a Master of Arts in Counseling degree from St. Edward's University. She has been a coach with CRL since February 2007, and
loves coaching with CRL because she
believes in relational healing and has the
opportunity to meet and work with so
many wonderful people. Pamela lives in Austin, Texas and works as a counselor at the Center for Relational Care.

Mike Watson

Mike Watson worked in the computer
industry for thirteen years before going to
theological college and being ordained in
the Church of England. He moved to the
United States in 1999 and then to Austin in
2001 to start a new church. He joined the
CRL coaching team in 2007 after experiencing the personal impact of relational principles. “I love coaching as it gives me the privilege of meeting new people and helping them gain a better understanding of themselves and through that, experience
personal transformation and growth.” Mike and Carol have been married for over thirty years. They have three children and two grandchildren. He enjoys being with family, reading and playing sports – especially golf.

Lewis & Lacy Alexander

Lewis Alexander, Ph.D. directs the Center for Relational Leadership in Austin, Texas. He has been coaching with CRL
for McCoy’s and other corporations for over 13 years. He enjoys helping others enhance their relational skills and implement foundational principles for healthy, meaningful relationships.

He has been married to Lacy for over 24 years and
they have three young adult children. His interests include
bodybuilding, music, movies and Longhorn sports.
Lacy Alexander has been a coach for the Center for Relational
Leadership for 10 years. She enjoys helping people
explore their life events and how those impact their current
life satisfaction and personal relationships. Her interests
include health and nutrition, music, singing, art, gardening
and Longhorn sports.

Kellie Loehr

Kellie Loehr has been coaching with CRL
for several years. She enjoys helping others
grow and also loves discovering opportunities for her own personal growth. Kellie taught special needs children for ten
years, winning an award for Teacher of the Year on her campus and for four years was the Children’s pastor at her church. She and Joseph have been married for twenty years. Kellie home schools their two young children and tutors others. She has a black belt in Tae Kwan Do and she likes to write poetry.

Joan Williams

Joan Williams has served with CRL for
six years as a relational coach and as a
Life Care Representative providing employee care support via website/telephone coaching. In 2006 she joined the team as Director of Coaching bringing ten years of people based experience to her role in equipping, and supporting coaches in their personal development and service delivery. In her free time, she enjoys creating and teaching pottery.

Elaine Brendler

Elaine Brendler obtained her Bachelors
Degree in Social Science at York University
in England. She has worked internationally
with Intervarsity, with high risk youth in the inner city, with high risk and high needs parents, caregivers and children in South East Austin, and for the last eight years has
been on the pastoral staff of the Vineyard Church in Austin. Elaine is enjoying her new husband Bill. She loves playing with her two grandchildren, driving out into the Hill Country and Country Western dancing. Coaching for CRL is hugely energizing and one of her biggest passions.

Bill Brendler

Bill Brendler has a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior and a Masters in Psychology and Education. For twenty-five years, he has helped leaders in more than one hundred companies learn how to transition from managing people like things to leading people through influence and inspiration. He believes that leadership is not about the position, it’s about learning how to truly care for others so they are inspired to care about company results and at the same time care for their families. Bill started his own consulting business in 1983. He has authored numerous articles, an online book, and has delivered speeches at conferences and business symposiums worldwide. He served as a Peace Corps volunteer in Uganda. He recently married Elaine. He loves to watch old movies and sing karaoke.
